By creating an account, signing in, or using FieldFlow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use FieldFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

FieldFlow helps teams plan field visits, assign sections, collect answers and evidence, review submissions, and export reports. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer beta or pilot features that are provided “as is” and may be modified or withdrawn.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use at info@potentiamotus.biz.
• Workspace owners and supervisors control membership, roles, and content within their organization.
• If you sign in with Google, you also remain subject to Google’s applicable terms for that authentication.

You agree not to:

• Use FieldFlow for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload content you do not have rights to share, or that infringes others’ rights or privacy
• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer the product except as permitted by law
• Abuse rate limits, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with security controls
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an organization

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and its users.

You (and/or your organization) retain ownership of content you submit to FieldFlow. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content, including field evidence and personal data of third parties you collect.

FieldFlow, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Potentia Motus Ventures Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

FieldFlow may integrate with third-party services (for example Google sign-in, email delivery, or cloud storage). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

• Published plan prices, included capacity, billing periods, and taxes are shown on the pricing or checkout page when you subscribe.
• A trial automatically falls back to the free plan when it expires unless you activate a paid plan. We do not charge a trial without your payment authorization.
• Card subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. You authorize our payment provider to collect each renewal payment from the selected card.
• Uganda Mobile Money purchases prepay the selected monthly or annual period and do not debit automatically. The workspace owner must authorize a new MTN MoMo or Airtel Money payment to renew.
• You may request cancellation before the next renewal by contacting us. Unless required by law, amounts already paid are non-refundable, but service continues through the paid period.
• Reaching a plan limit may restrict creation of new managed resources, but FieldFlow will not intentionally prevent a contributor from completing or submitting work already assigned to them.

We aim to keep FieldFlow available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available via info@potentiamotus.biz, +256 394 306 540, and potentiamotus.biz.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Field reports and exports depend on data entered by your team; we do not warrant that outputs are complete or suitable for any specific regulatory filing without your own review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potentia Motus Ventures Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of FieldFlow. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for FieldFlow in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100, if you use a free or pilot plan.

You will defend and indemnify Potentia Motus Ventures Ltd against claims arising from your content, your misuse of FieldFlow, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using FieldFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
